Changed your mind or want to exchange the ordered product? 

You have the option to exchange the purchased products within 14 days from the receipt of the product. 

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@shadejacob.com, including your order number, product item/name, and a message regarding your exchange request. 

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Changed your mind about the order? 

According to consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase. You must notify the online store of your intent to withdraw within 14 days from the date of the invoice. After that, you have an additional 14 days to return the ordered products. 

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, please notify us at hello@shadejacob.com. Your email should include your order number, product item/name, and a message indicating your intent to withdraw. 

The online store is not obligated to repurchase damaged or clearly used products.

Received a damaged product in your order. What should you do? 

If you received a damaged product or if products other than those you ordered were delivered to you, please contact us at hello@shadejacob.com.

Order and Payment Information

In the shadejacob.com online store, you have the option to pay for your order by cash on delivery (COD) or online credit card payment. 

Credit Card Payment

Online credit card payments are processed through the Stripe electronic payment system. 

The Stripe online payment system allows payments with the following credit cards and digital wallets (list for Hungary):

  • MasterCard

  • VISA

  • American Express

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Cash on Delivery Payment

Cash on delivery payment is only available with a delivery address in Hungary.

Secure Payment

The shadejacob.com online store does not receive or store any banking information. Payment information is handled exclusively by the Stripe payment service provider company.
